Delivery

We deliver to all emirates across the UAE within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.

• Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• We send your tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as your order ships.
• Working days exclude public holidays, and some orders may take slightly longer during sale seasons.

Payment methods

Bank cards, Apple Pay, Tabby (4 interest-free payments) and cash on delivery.

Returns & exchanges

Because our body-care products touch the skin directly, we take hygiene and safety seriously:

• You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging, and we will replace it at no cost.
• We cover shipping when the error is ours; for change-of-mind returns, shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
