Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel any order if a product is unavailable or there is an error in pricing or order details, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are in UAE dirhams and may change without notice; confirmed orders are not affected. Tabby installments are subject to the provider’s own terms.

Shipping & returns

Our published Shipping & Returns policy forms part of these terms.

Products & use

Our products are for external use only. Please read the ingredients before use and patch-test on a small area of skin first, especially if you have sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if needed. Colors may differ slightly from images due to screens and lighting.

Intellectual property

All images, text, logos and designs on this website belong to ByLumira and may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

Privacy

We use your details (name, phone, address, email) only to process your order and contact you. We never sell them, and share them with shipping and payment providers only as needed to complete your order.

Limitation of liability

ByLumira is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or by couriers, or for misuse of products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
